Danish guitar aces Uffe Steen and Michael Vestbo, each with their trios, come together to create a strong-sounding sextet that offers a new, fresh take on instrumental music. The music is steeped in jazz, blues and folk, and utilising the sextet setup with its unique lineup of 2 guitars, 2 drum kits and 2 basses, creates a truly spellbinding record that has rightfully seen it nominated for their country's top award in the genre.
